Swiss Red Chard Microgreens


Red swiss chard is best used raw as an edible garnish. Red swiss chard offers a and earthy flavour that is well suited for both sweet and savoury dishes. It’s best to use these microgreens in the final stages of cooking to prevent wilting. The earthy flavours of this micro herb complement a variety of ingredients. For example, root vegetables, chickpeas, quinoa, nuts, feta, ginger and garlic. Use this red swiss chard to decorate dishes such as sandwiches, grain bowls, salads, omelettes, quiches, creamy pastas, canapés and avocado toast.
