Parsley Microgreens


Parsley microgreens  can be used as a flavourful raw garnish – whole or chopped.  Both stem and leaves can be used. Parsley is so versatile it can also be used by sprinkling it on pasta dishes. The fresh flavour of citrus and clove help enhance tomato sauces and salad dressings. Used too much garlic? This microgreen will help lighten the intensity.

The leaves of the Parsley microgreens have serrated edges, with a smooth top. This microgreen is very tender and fresh with a floral but tangy flavour – best described as a combination of citrus, clove and nutmeg – similar to that of celery.
