Nasturtium edible leaves work well in savoury and sweet dishes as well as an edible garnish. Due to the peppery taste of these edible leaves, pairing them with milder flavours is recommended. Try pureeing them for a delicious nasturtium pesto or adding dried nasturtium leaves to salt, giving the salt a very unique peppery flavour.
