Broccoli microgreens are a nutrient dense microgreen which can be used in a variety of ways. Most commonly used as a raw garnish on eggs, omlettes, canapés and hearty mains. It can also be blended into smoothies or used in salads and be added to sandwiches. Micro Broccoli pairs well with garlic, bell peppers, onions, carrots and potatoes.
